Application for a lecture - information
Lectures can cover all areas of prevention as well as the main topic „Prevention and social peace“. An overview of the prevention topics can be found here. Approx. 20 minutes of pure presentation time are available for each lecture. At least 15 minutes are planned for the discussion afterwards.
The Advisory Board of the 30th German Prevention Congress decides whether to accept the application on the basis of the anonymised abstracts. Please provide a meaningful title for your presentation and give as much detail as possible about the planned content. This will increase the chances of your contribution being accepted.
Application deadline: 15 November 2024
Accepted abstracts will be published on the website of the German Prevention Congress including details of the speaker and a photo (optional). For this purpose, we will ask you to approve the finalised abstract from your application form.
Costs
The fees for a commercial lecture are 350 € + VAT.
Congress fees
Accepted speakers receive a free ticket to the congress. A second speaker receives the congress ticket at the reduced price for contributors (205 €). Additional speakers will have to pay the regular rate (230 € early bird rate until 31 December 2024; 260 € standard rate from 1 January to 15 May 2025; 270 € from 16 May 2025). Unfortunately, no honoraria or travel expenses can be paid.
