Crime and fear in public places: Patterns, challenges and actions

The International conference on individual’s right to safe public spaces offers 2 days of discussions in both national and international contexts with excellent plenary sessions with keynote renown speakers. The focus will be on trends and patterns, country-specific ‘infrastructures’ dealing with victimisation and perceived safety as well as what is needed to promote change.

The organiser of this event is the “SafePlaces” network based at KTH, the Royal Technical University in Stockholm. The conferenc is going to take place in Stockholm, Sweden, 17th-18th  October, 2018 at KTH, the Royal Institute of Technology.

The deadline for submission of abstracts is on the 16th September 2018.
