Call for participation: Survey on preventing, investigating and mitigating high-impact petty crime
More news about the topic
In October 2018, the 36-month EU project "Cutting Crime Impact – Practice-based innovation in preventing, investigating and mitigating high-impact petty crime" was launched. CCI aims to encourage wider EU adoption of effective approaches to safety and security and will develop an extended European Security Model. Tailored to the needs of Law Enforcement Agencies and security policy makers, CCI will develop and demonstrate four Toolkits covering: Predictive Policing, Community Policing, Crime Prevention through Urban Design and Planning and Measuring and Mitigating Citizens’ Feelings of Insecurity. The project is funded by the EU Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme. The German Congress on Crime Prevention is one of the 12 project partners.
Currently, CCI is doing an online survey to create a bibliography of key publications related to the above four CCI areas of focus. We would welcome your participation in this survey until 07.01.2019 using the following link: https://www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/CCIOnlineSurvey
Further information about the project will be available from the project website from January 2019: www.cuttingcrimeimpact.eu
Until then more information can be found on our GCOCP website.
