Interactive map of projects, studies, policies and institutions aiming to tackle violent extremism and polarisation
Europe has grown increasingly polarised in recent years. At a time of great global uncertainty, European societies have been fractured by movements hostile to democratic norms.
The BRaVE Project is made up of a consortium of experts from universities and civil society organisations from across Europe, exploring how and why violent extremism develops and what we can do to best respond to it.
The researchers in the project have developed an interactive map to discover relevant projects, studies, policies and institutions which aim to tackle violent extremism and polarisation.
Counter-extremism projects, policies and institutions, active between 2014 and 2019, as well as relevant studies published since 2000, are recorded and can be found via the map.
